Job summary

CBRE seeks a proactive Mobile Facilities Operative to support a portfolio of sites across Greater London, Essex, Kent, and Surrey. This field-based role requires regular travel to client locations, delivering high-quality facilities support and ensuring sites are maintained to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will be strategically based within East London or West Essex, providing access to our network and enabling prompt responses to operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, building services, maintenance, or a similar operational role.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to travel regularly throughout the South East region.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple client locations across London and the South East.
• Carry out planned and reactive facilities support activities.
• Ensure sites are maintained in a safe, compliant, and professional manner.
• Complete inspections and report maintenance requirements.
• Liaise with site contacts, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and site visits.
• Support operational excellence and deliver outstanding customer service.

About The Role
