Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Facilities Operative to support a portfolio of sites across Greater London, Essex, Kent, and Surrey. The role involves regular travel to multiple locations, delivering high-quality facilities support and maintaining sites to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will be based within East London or West Essex, providing efficient access to our network of sites and enabling prompt response to operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, building services, maintenance, or a similar operational role.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple client locations across London and the South East.
• Carry out planned and reactive facilities support activities.
• Ensure sites are maintained in a safe, compliant, and professional manner.
• Complete inspections and report maintenance requirements.
• Liaise with site contacts, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and site visits.
• Support operational excellence and deliver outstanding customer service.
