Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Previous experience in facilities management or building maintenance is essential.
• NVQ Level 3 in building services or maintenance discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Support delivery of KPIs and SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

General building maintenance duties knowledge
