CBRE is seeking a Mobile Facilities Operative to support a portfolio of sites across Greater London, Essex, Kent and Surrey. This field-based role requires regular travel to multiple locations, delivering high-quality facilities support and ensuring sites are maintained to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, building services, maintenance, or a similar operational role.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the South East region.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple client locations across London and the South East.
• Carry out planned and reactive facilities support activities.
• Ensure sites are maintained in a safe, compliant, and professional manner.
• Complete inspections and report maintenance requirements.
• Liaise with site contacts, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and site visits.
• Support operational excellence and deliver outstanding customer service.
