RF Recruitment Consultancy LTD is hiring a Foot Mobile Fabric Engineer in London to join an elite maintenance team in a client-side role. You will perform general fabric maintenance across shops, carry out minor repairs, maintain lighting and report via a handheld device, while adhering to SLAs and keeping disruptions to a minimum.

• At least 2 years experience in a similar building services maintenance role.
• NVQ or City & Guilds carpentry preferred.
• Able to recognise when and how to escape sensitive reactive maintenance issues.
• Fast to respond and concise in communication.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to communicate confidently with people at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Report to the Technician Team Leader and work within a high performing group of multi skilled technicians responsible for delivering general fabric maintenance across the estate, ensuring shops remain well loved, safe and compliant.

• Repair chairs, tables and benches.
• Maintain lighting and replace lamps and fittings.
• Use basic computer skills to operate a hand held device for reporting.
• Communicate effectively with shop teams and colleagues regarding progress and any issues.
• This is a foot mobile role in London.
• Work on a rota system covering with early and late shifts Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday and weekend work.

We have a new role for a foot mobile fabric engineer to join a famous food and beverage brand, in a client side role, based in London. You will be joining an elite team of maintenance engineers and will love the supportive and inclusive working environment.

As an experienced Foot Mobile Fabric Engineer you will:

• Report to the Technician Team Leader and work within a high performing group of multi skilled technicians responsible for delivering general fabric maintenance across the estate, ensuring shops remain well loved, safe and compliant.
