You will carry out PPM tasks, minor repairs such as carpentry, painting, and general building fabric maintenance, while ensuring safety and high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in building fabric or multi-trade roles.
• Full UK driving licence; van provided.
• Strong health and safety knowledge.
• Ability to work across multiple sites independently.
• Ability to pass security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive fabric repairs across multiple buildings.
• Perform carpentry, basic plumbing, painting, plastering, and general building fabric maintenance as required.
• Complete minor repairs to fixtures, fittings, doors, walls, partitions, and building finishes.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, to a high standard, and in accordance with contractual SLAs and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records using internal systems, including job sheets, asset updates, and compliance documentation.
• Liaise professionally with the client and site personnel, ensuring minimal disruption to sensitive environments.
• Diagnose issues, propose solutions, and escalation complex problems when required.
• Participate in the out-of-hours rota (where applicable) to support emergency call‑outs.

As the Mobile Fabric Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Mobile Fabric Engineer will be responsible for:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive fabric repairs across multiple buildings.
• Perform carpentry, basic plumbing, painting, plastering, and general building fabric maintenance as required.

• Ability to work independently across multiple sites with excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to pass security clearance checks.
