Job summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Mobile Fabric Engineer to work around London in commercial environments. You will fix locks, perform minor P&D, do basic plumbing and carpentry, lamp changes, flooring and tiling, and other related building maintenance tasks.

Candidates should have a proven track record in a similar role with good all-round maintenance skills, and ideally be qualified in a maintenance trade. Mon-Fri days 8am-5pm with overtime and a pension are on offer.

Job description

Our client is an established (SME) Maintenance Provider in London; it is looking to hire a Mobile Fabric Engineer. As the Mobile Fabric Engineer, you will work in and around London in a variety of commercial environments. Your duties will include but not be limited to fixing locks, minor P&D, basic plumbing, basic carpentry, lamp changing, flooring, tiling and other related building maintenance. The successful Mobile Fabric Engineer must have a proven track record in a similar role and have good all-round maintenance skills. In addition, you must also have good communication skills, be a team player and understand delivering good customer service. You will also ideally be qualified in a maintenance trade.
