Job summary

HVAC Recruitment Limited is seeking a Fabric Engineer to join our field-based team in Manchester and Stoke-on-Trent. You will deliver reactive maintenance and general building repairs across commercial sites, covering fabric repairs, joinery, plumbing, minor electrical works and routine maintenance.

The role requires practical FM experience, the ability to work independently in a mobile capacity, a full UK driving licence, and a willingness to undertake overtime when required.

Qualifications

• FM/building maintenance experience required.
• Experience with joinery, plumbing and general repairs.
• Basic electrical knowledge beneficial.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Comfortable working independently in a mobile role.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive building and fabric maintenance.
• Complete joinery, basic plumbing and general repairs.
• Carry out minor electrical works where competent.
• Complete small works and minor projects.
• Fault find and identify remedial works.
• Manage jobs across multiple customer sites.
• Complete job sheets and maintenance reports.
