Job summary

HVAC Total FM Recruitment is seeking a Mobile Fabric Engineer in Manchester to join a team serving prestigious blue-chip clients in the region. The role offers a real career move with a balance of project and maintenance work and an opportunity to apply PPМ and reactive maintenance methods.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with plenty of overtime. Benefits include a company vehicle with personal use, private healthcare, annual profit share, and bonuses and incentives.

Qualifications

• Recognised trade qualification required.
• Full valid driving licence required.
• Experience in building services maintenance preferable.

Responsibilities

• A good balance of projects and maintenance works.
• Apply Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance methods.
• Clients include shopping centres and commercial offices.
