Qualifications

• Experience working in commercial property.
• Multiskilled across trades (plumbing, carpentry, painting).
• Must hold a full driving licence.
• Background in facilities or mobile maintenance in construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Undertake building fabric activities such as patch repairs, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Report defects and keep the client informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
