Responsibilities

• Carry out deep cleans with machinery such as pressure washers and floor scrubbers on internal and external areas of the estates.
• Operate company vehicles, machinery and equipment within the Estates Services Team.
• Load a rapid bulk refuse collection vehicle and collect bulk refuse and unwanted items from various locations.
