Southern Housing is seeking an Estate Services Cleaner (Mobile) on a 3-month contract to maintain the cleanliness of internal and external communal areas across housing estates. You will deliver a high-quality cleaning service, report repairs and health and safety concerns, and support residents as needed.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, the ability to drive company vehicles, and the stamina to undertake demanding cleaning tasks.

Formación

• Full UK driving licence required for the role.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out general cleaning duties in communal areas including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing and litter picking.
• Sweep, disinfect and maintain refuse chutes, bins and bin storage areas.
• Use cleaning machinery (jet washers, steam cleaners) for deep cleaning; training will be provided.
• Report repairs, defects and health and safety issues in communal areas to maintenance or line manager.
• Provide cover for colleagues during periods of absence.
• Act as a contact for residents and refer inquiries to the appropriate colleagues.
