Dacorum Borough Council is seeking a reliable Estate Services Mobile Cleaner to join our team. This permanent post involves cleaning across housing estates and supported housing schemes, delivering high-quality cleaning and environmental services while ensuring safety and excellent resident interaction.

You will work independently across locations, with driving duties and vehicle checks as required. A DBS check is normally expected, and a full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, estate services, facilities management or similar frontline service.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of safe working practices and health and safety requirements.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, flexible and committed to delivering excellent services.

Responsabilités

• Deliver routine and specialist cleaning services across multiple sites.
• Carry out communal area cleaning in housing estates and supported housing schemes.
• Undertake specialist cleaning tasks where trained, including window cleaning, carpet cleaning, graffiti removal and environmental cleans.
• Support void clearance and specialist cleaning activity.
• Drive Council vehicles and transport equipment between sites.
• Carry out vehicle safety checks and maintain vehicles.
• Identify and report issues affecting residents or service delivery.
• Interact professionally with residents and members of the public.
