Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience of caretaking and grounds maintenance.
• Ability to operate machinery such as pressure washers and floor scrubbers.
• Must hold a full valid manual UK driving licence.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles, machines and equipment across the Estates Services Team.
• Load a rapid bulk refuse collection vehicle and collect bulk refuse.
• Carry out deep cleans with machinery on internal and external estate areas.
• Commit to safe working practices and provide good customer care.
• Travel across the region as required.
