Clarion Housing Group in London is seeking Estate Services Mobile Operatives to join the Estate Services Team. You will operate vehicles and machinery, perform deep cleans, and manage bulk refuse collection across internal and external estate areas.

A full manual UK driving licence is required, and you must be able to travel across the region. The role involves strong customer care, a 'can do' attitude, and compliance with safety procedures.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Operate vehicles, machines and equipment across the Estates Services Team.
• Load a rapid bulk refuse collection vehicle and collect bulk refuse.
• Carry out deep cleans with machinery on internal and external estate areas.
• Commit to safe working practices and provide good customer care.
• Travel across the region as required.

We're looking for Estate Services Mobile Operatives to bring their expertise to the Estate Services Team. You will need to enjoy working with people and be able to use your knowledge and experience to make a real difference to our communities and our residents.

With experience of caretaking and grounds maintenance, you'll be responsible for deep cleans with the use of machinery, such as a pressure washers and floor scrubbers on internal and external areas of the estates as well as general cleaning.

You’ll operate a vehicles, machines and equipment across the range of the Estates Services Team, load a rapid bulk refuse collection vehicle and collect bulk refuse and unwanted items from various internal and external locations. This is a varied and challenging role, which requires commitment, good customer care skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a 'can do' mentality.

You’ll need to be proactive in your daily activities and aware of safe working practices. You’ll have the ability to deal with members of the public, staff and community representatives in a courteous, effective and professional manner.
