Brackenberry Limited, in collaboration with Southern Housing, is seeking an Estate Services Cleaner (Mobile) on a 3-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension at the client’s discretion. You will maintain internal and external communal areas, deliver a high-quality cleaning service, report repairs and health and safety concerns, and assist residents.

A full UK driving licence and the ability to drive company vehicles are essential, with the capacity for physically demanding cleaning

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining communal areas across housing estates.
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery and undertake deep cleaning when required.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Carry out general cleaning duties in communal areas, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing and litter picking.
• Sweep, disinfect and maintain refuse chutes, bins and bin storage areas, where applicable.
• Use cleaning machinery, including jet washers and steam cleaners, to undertake deep cleaning when required. Training will be provided.
• Report repairs, defects and health and safety issues in communal areas to the maintenance department or line manager, following up as necessary.
• Provide cover for colleagues during periods of absence.
• Act as a point of contact for residents, assisting with enquiries or referring them to the appropriate colleagues.
• Full valid UK driving licence required for the role.
• Ability to drive company vehicles as required.
• Ability to undertake physically demanding cleaning duties.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive, proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to use initiative.
