Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Multi Technician Engineer to perform building fabric tasks such as patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, and painting. You will work to high standards of service, complete documentation on schedule, and participate in an On-Call Rota in a dynamic facilities management environment.

• Relevant qualifications such as C&G or equivalent, or a trade-related qualification.
• Experience in Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.

Responsibilities

• Undertake building fabric activities including patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and decorating.
• Operate safely; complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time; maintain inspection logs and remedial records.
• Participate in On-Call Rota and adhere to Permit to Work procedures and Safe Systems of Work.

Role Responsibilities

• Responsible for undertaking all building fabric activities such as patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and decorating.
• Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces as well as a willingness to participate in the On-Call Rota.
• Should have minor electrical/mechanical experience.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and Safe Systems of Working.
• You will be expected to complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspections reports and remedial work.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications required e.g. C&G or equivalent or a trade related qualification. (Good to have)
• Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
