Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking an experienced Multi-skilled Engineer - Electrical Bias to work with a key Mitie client. The role covers electrical and mechanical maintenance, including proactive and reactive tasks to meet site requirements.

The position requires 18th Edition and NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Maintenance (multi-discipline) or equivalent, with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Comfort with reporting and safe working practices is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a multi-skilled maintenance service covering electrical and mechanical disciplines, delivering reactive and proactive maintenance in line with site requirements.
• Carry out modifications and installations when required, and maintain, repair and calibrate electrical, mechanical and instrumentation plant to optimise reliability and maintainability.
• Ensure all key performance indicators are met and liaise with contractors or external suppliers where required.
• Complete all required paperwork and produce reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Carry out all work to a high standard in line with current company policies and procedures, reporting any deficiencies in systems of work or equipment that may result in failure of service delivery, or risk to health and safety or the environment, ensuring all work is completed in a safe and diligent manner.

Role Responsibilities:

• -Provide a multi-skilled maintenance service covering both electrical and mechanical disciplines, delivering reactive and proactive maintenance in line with site requirements.
• -Carry out modifications and installations when required, and maintain, repair and calibrate electrical, mechanical and instrumentation plant to optimise reliability and maintainability.
