Job summary

Speedy Group is seeking a Mobile Engineer to join the Erith site, working Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:30, 40 hours per week. You will ensure equipment service schedules are up to date and respond to customer needs on site.

The role requires a full driving licence and previous mechanical engineering experience, ideally in hire or related fields. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence required.
• Mechanical engineering experience essential, ideally in hire industry.
• Experience in plant repairs on sites and on-site inspections.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Able to work alone under pressure and as part of a team.
• Ability to support ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment service schedules and respond to breakdowns.
• Support customers on site.
• Work as part of the Speedy service team.
