Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Mobile Engineer to join our FM maintenance team around Hartlepool to perform Electrical PPMs, reactive duties, and assist with other trades (Mechanical/HVAC).

Progression and upskill potential, plus overtime opportunities paid at time and a half or double time, are available. Temp role for ~5 months with potential perm and ongoing recruiter support.

Qualifications

• NVQ or City & Guilds L3, 18th edition
• L8 is desirable
• Experience in commercial FM
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs across commercial sites around Hartlepool
• Deliver high-quality maintenance (PPM & reactive) including emergency lighting, fault finding, L8 water checks, PAT testing, flushing and tap temps
• Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard
• Use of PDA to log jobs and CAFM systems; PC literate
• Maintain excellent customer service during visits

Location:North East, based around Hartlepool
Contract:Temp 5 months, may go to perm

Hours:Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Rate:£24 per hour. 45k basic ifpermanent
Perks: Plenty of optional overtime, Saturdays & Sundays (time and a half, double time)

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within agrowing organisation with plenty of opportunity for progression, carrying out day-to-day Electrical PPM's, reactive duties, and assisting with other trades where possible (Mechanical / HVAC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a variety of repairs across the commercial sites aroundthe South West.
• Deliver high-quality maintenance (PPM & reactive) including emergency lighting, fault finding,L8 water checks, pat testing, flushing and tap temps.
• Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard
• Use of PDA to log jobs, use of CAFM systems, must be PC literate
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits

Requirements:

• Previous experience within commercial FM
• Strong communication and customer service skills
