Job summary

Ashton Recruitment are recruiting an experienced Mobile Electrician for our client in Castlereagh, Northern Ireland. The role covers PPM and reactive maintenance across multiple sites, with a company vehicle provided and flexible start times. The position offers 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Qualified Electrician with BMS experience and a full UK driving licence is required. Salary is £36,000 per year with potential for progression based on experience.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Electrician with relevant electrical qualifications.
• Minimum of one year's electrical experience.
• Experience with planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Full, valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and building services.
• Perform reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and electrical repairs.
• Maintain and repair electrical systems including lighting and associated building services.
• Support heating systems and other facilities-related equipment.
