Job summary

ABM UK is seeking a mobile Electrical Engineer to cover the London Fire Brigade estate. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs, installations and testing on low-voltage systems while adhering to regulations.

You'll plan workload, maintain documentation, and support emergency power resilience and lighting compliance. A full UK driving licence is essential and you will work across London locations with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Level 3 electrical installation and maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• Current 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations qualification.
• Competence in fault diagnosis, inspection, testing and certification.

Responsibilities

• Attend electrical reactive work including fault-finding, safe isolation and return to service.
• Carry out Electrical Installation Certificates (EIC) and reports to timescales.
• Maintain emergency lighting and generator load testing.
• Coordinate access, permits and isolations with the LFB estate.
• Complete accurate records and documentation for invoicing.
