Job summary

Northumbrian Water Group is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician in Hexham, covering travel across the Northumberland region. You will diagnose faults and perform preventative maintenance to improve plant availability, with a company van and fuel card provided for the mobile role.

The role includes an out-of-hours standby rota, with additional payments for standby, callouts and extra hours. A full UK manual driving license is essential and a DBS check will be completed before employment.

Qualifications

• Time served Electrical Technician with maintenance background.
• Experience reading faults from electrical drawings and replacing faulty components.
• Willingness to work in a mobile role with travel across the Northumberland region.

Responsibilities

• Fault diagnosis and preventative maintenance to improve plant availability.
• Work within Northumbrian Water Group's Maintenance team in Hexham.
• Operate as a fully mobile technician with van and fuel card provided; standby duties.
