Job summary
Cambridge Maintenance Services Limited is seeking a Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our Newcastle team. You will deliver planned and reactive maintenance across multiple electrical systems for a varied client portfolio while keeping safety and quality at the forefront.
Everything needed for the role is provided, including a company van, mobile phone, tablet, and uniform. You will work under the Lead Engineer, perform PPM tasks, diagnose faults, and maintain accurate records using our
Qualifications
- Good understanding of M&E building services.
- Electrical Installation qualification (e.g. City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent).
- Inspection & Testing qualification (e.g. City & Guilds 2391-52).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across electrical systems for client portfolio.
- Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently while meeting customer expectations.
- Complete quality inspections and maintain records.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with Lead Engineer and Support Desk Supervisor.
- Participate in out-of-hours emergency rota.
