Mobile Service Engineer

Location:

Monday - Friday 08:00 – 17:00

Job Description:

We are seeking a Mobile Service Engineer to join our JLL PAM Team, covering West London areas including Harrow, Staines-upon-Thames, Wembley, Uxbridge, Greenford, Hayes, Southall, and Twickenham. The primary responsibility is to support the delivery of M&E PPM and reactive works within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure contractual obligations meet all KPI & SLA requirements.
2. Carry out electrical PPM and reactive works during and outside of normal hours (08:00 – 17:00).
3. Collaborate with team members utilizing diverse skills.
4. Procure materials in coordination with the Contract Delivery Manager.
5. Attend or manage critical call-outs and prepare incident reports and quotes for remedial works.
6. Maintain up-to-date annual PAT testing of tools and equipment.
7. Perform engineering works as directed by the Contract Delivery Manager.
8. Assist in preparing quotes for managers across the business.
9. Produce Test and Commissioning Certificates.
10. Oversee and complete PPM works and reporting.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Apprenticeship/City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (Essential).
2. 18th Edition (Essential).
3. Electrical Testing & Inspection (Desirable).
4. Good knowledge of electrical services.
5. Strong administrative and organizational skills.
6. Practical experience in the electrical industry.
7. Ability to understand customer requirements.
8. Initiative and proactive approach.
9. High standard of workmanship and conscientiousness.
