Job Description:

Mobile Electrical Service Engineer

Location: Greater London & Surrounding Areas - Outskirts of M25

Core Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Operate all MEP systems on site competently and confidently, including MV/LV Electrical isolations/operations. Make recommendations for improvements and provide concise technical reports when required.
  • Ensure that specialist vendors' service visits are completed efficiently, with work inspected for quality, and recommendations communicated to the Integral Supervisor.
  • Participate in and complete health and safety compliance activities, such as hazard/near miss reporting and scheduled toolbox talks.
  • Liaise with the supply chain for ordering M&E components for remedial or corrective works.
  • Take ownership of the site (including all plant rooms) under INTEGRAL control, ensuring they meet and are maintained to the required standards.
  • Complete eLogbooks PPM/reactive tasks efficiently and within SLA, acknowledging and closing tasks appropriately.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in building services environments.
  • Electrical engineering apprenticeship, NVQ, C&G, or similar qualification.
  • C&G Pts. 1 & 2, or equivalent, or higher.
  • 18th Edition IEE Wiring and Installation (training provided if only 17th Edition).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels.
  • Proactive approach to achieving high standards of operation.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, remain calm, think clearly, and deliver services within time constraints.
