Mobile Service Engineer

Location: West London

Core hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 – 17:00

An opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Service Engineer to join our JLL PAM Team. The role covers West London areas (Harrow, Staines-upon-Thames, Wembley, Uxbridge, Greenford, Hayes, Southall, Twickenham). The main purpose is to support the JLL PAM team in delivering M&E PPM and reactive works.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Ensure contractual KPI & SLA requirements are met efficiently.
• Carry out electrical PPM and reactive works during and outside normal hours.
• Work collaboratively within the team, utilizing various skills.
• Procure materials in coordination with the Contract Delivery Manager.
• Attend or manage critical call outs and prepare incident reports and quotes for remedial works.
• Maintain up-to-date PAT testing of tools and equipment.
• Perform engineering works as directed by the Contract Delivery Manager.
• Assist in producing quotes for managers.
• Produce Test and Commissioning Certificates.
• Oversee and complete PPM works and reporting.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Apprenticeship/ City & Guilds/ NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (Essential)
• 18th Edition (Essential)
• Electrical Testing & Inspection (Desirable)
• Good knowledge of electrical services
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Practical experience in the electrical industry
• Understanding of customer business requirements
• Initiative and proactive approach
• High workmanship standards
• Conscientiousness and reliability
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to work flexibly and overtime
• Mechanical experience (desirable)
• Proficiency with computer software
• Experience in the commercial setting
• UK Driving License
