Position: Mobile Service Engineer

Core hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 – 17:00

An opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Service Engineer to join our JLL PAM Team. The main purpose of this role is to operate within the department, supporting the JLL PAM team in delivering M&E PPM and reactive works across West London areas.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Ensure contractual KPI & SLA requirements are met efficiently.
• Carry out electrical PPM and reactive works during and outside of normal working hours.
• Work collaboratively within a team, utilizing other skills as needed.
• Procure materials in coordination with the Contract Delivery Manager.
• Attend or manage critical call-outs and prepare incident reports, including quotes for remedial works.
• Maintain up-to-date PAT testing of tools and equipment.
• Perform engineering works as directed by the Contract Delivery Manager.
• Assist in preparing quotes for managers.
• Produce Test and Commissioning Certificates.
• Oversee and complete PPM works and reporting.
