Job summary

Apleona UK seeks a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to travel between Greenford and St Pauls, London. The role focuses on proactive electrical maintenance, fault finding, and site installations across client facilities in London.

Ideal candidates will hold a Level 3 electrical qualification, be familiar with 18th Edition, and have FM industry experience. Training and development opportunities are provided, with comprehensive benefits available upon joining.

Qualifications

• Level 3 electrical qualification or equivalent required.
• 18th Edition wiring regulations knowledge essential.
• Experience with building services systems (BMS, Fire Alarm) preferred.
• Experience maintaining FCUs; water testing and fire alarm testing desirable.
• Familiarity with CAFM/PPMS systems and FM industry experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned preventative maintenance across multi-site facilities.
• Perform reactive fault finding, repairs and installations at client sites.
• Carry out electrical maintenance work with flexibility for additional tasks.
• Maintain/building fabric and site infrastructure as required.
• Develop good working relationships with client and colleagues.
