Job summary
Apleona Hsg Facility Management is seeking a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to deliver planned electrical maintenance and reactive fault finding at client sites across Birmingham and the Midlands. The role focuses on electrical maintenance with flexibility to undertake related tasks to support the contract.
Ideal candidate will have Level 3 electrical qualification, 18th Edition, and experience with BMS/Fire Alarm systems; driving licence is essential.
Qualifications
- Requires Level 3 electrical qualification or equivalent.
- 18th Edition wiring regulations are required.
- Experience with BMS and fire alarm systems is desirable.
- Maintenance and cleaning of FCUs and associated building services is essential.
- Water testing (L8) and fire alarm testing experience preferred.
- Experience with PPMS/CAFM systems and working in FM environment.
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Deliver planned electrical maintenance across client sites in Birmingham and the Midlands.
- Perform reactive fault finding, repairs and small installations.
- Work within a team to ensure compliance and high service levels.
- Support front-line operations and contribute to site-based improvements.
