CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is seeking a Mobile Electrical Engineer to join an established FM service provider covering sites across London. You will work on a mobile basis, performing planned and reactive electrical maintenance, lighting, power distribution, AHU/FCU and related tasks.

The role runs 08:00–17:00 with door-to-door travel paid and a salary of up to £45-48k. A City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 Electrical and 18th Edition are essential, plus a full UK driving licence.

Competenze

• Qualified electrical engineer with City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3.
• Experience as mobile or multi-site engineer.
• Demonstrated ability to read and work from service reports.

Mansioni

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across multiple sites in London.
• Install and service lighting, power distribution, and control panels.
• Perform AHU/FCU maintenance and water temperature tasks.
• Complete job sheets and service reports after each visit.
• Maintain professional client-facing communications on site.

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider covering a portfolio of sites across London.

You'll be an experienced mobile electrical engineer, confident working on your own across multiple sites.

In return, the company is offering a salary of up to £45,000 with door to door travel paid.

Hours of Work

• - 08:00 - 17:00
• - Mobile role covering sites across London and surrounding areas

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• - Planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a mobile portfolio
• - Lighting: installation, fault-finding, lamping, ballast changes and control panels
• - Power distribution fault-finding and repairs
• - Emergency lighting tests
• - Testing and inspection
• - Completing job sheets and service reports
• - Dealing with client site contacts in a professional manner
• - AHU's / FCU's
• - Water Temps
• - General all round maintenance

• - Up to £45-48,000 basic

Requirements
