Job summary

Pareto Facilities Management Ltd in London is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to support planned and reactive maintenance across Central London sites within the Great Portland Estates portfolio.

You will maintain building services safely, perform fault finding, PPM delivery, reactive maintenance and support the operation of critical plant systems, reporting to the Contract Manager and collaborating with site teams.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. Essential.
• Building Services / M&E maintenance experience.
• Strong fault-finding across electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with HVAC plant and BMS systems.
• OSHA/Health & Safety awareness where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical building services.
• Fault-find across HVAC, BMS, pumps, generators, switchgear, lighting and small power systems.
• Complete CAFM (simPRO) work orders with accurate records and photographic evidence.
• Support statutory compliance checks and maintain site logbooks.
• Respond to BMS alarms and plant issues using first-line diagnostics.
• Liaise with stakeholders and ensure works are carried out safely under procedures.
