Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Mobile Electrical Engineer to support the South London MET Police contract, covering police stations and related sites. You will perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance, inspections, fault finding, and minor installations to meet safety standards.

The role involves working on a 1 in 6 24/7 on-call rota with on-site responsibilities across multiple sites in London. You must be eligible for MET Police SC clearance and live in the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or mobile maintenance.

• Proven electrical installation qualifications and up-to-date software awareness.

We're looking for a Mobile Multi Skilled electrical bias Engineer to work on the MET Police contract covering London MET Police, police stations. You will be carrying out maintenance works such as PPM's and reactive maintenance, inspections and fault finding.

Role Responsibilities:

• -Perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance across multiple sites
• -Carry out installations, upgrades and minor works to meet safety standards
• -Maintain compliance records and communicate effectively with clients
• -Work on a 1 in 6 24/7 call out rota

What we're looking for:

• -A background in facilities management or mobile maintenance
• -Experience with being on call within a region.
• -Level 2 and 3 City & Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
• -17th or 18th Edition
• -A candidate must be willing to undergo a MET Police SC Clearance which could take up to 6 months.
