Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Electrical Technician to join our Facilities Maintenance team. You will deliver planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the Trust estate to keep patient areas safe, reliable and welcoming.

You will inspect and test electrical systems, witness and accept new works for capital projects, and work flexibly across wards and clinical areas.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-skilled engineering background with electrical bias.
• Experience with AHUs, motors, and digital Building Management Systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties; hospital environment experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across electrical installations.
• Diagnose faults promptly to minimise disruption.
• Witness and accept new electrical works for capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies including Legionella, Asbestos, Electrical Safety.
• Work safely across wards and clinical areas.
