Job summary

PRS Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Electrician to support NHS facilities on a mobile basis across multiple sites in the UK. The role focuses on safe, compliant electrical systems and ongoing operational readiness.

The ideal candidate holds City & Guilds Electrical Installation Foundation Level, 18th Edition (BS 7671) and an ECS Gold Card, with full UK driving licence and a track record in PPM, fault-finding and repairs within healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• PPM experience and reactive maintenance experience.
• Fault-finding, diagnostics, and repairs on electrical installations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety, compliance and NHS requirements.
• Willingness to travel between NHS healthcare facilities across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical systems across NHS facilities.
• Undertake fault-finding, diagnostics and repairs on electrical installations.
• Maintain lighting systems including emergency lighting and distribution boards.
• Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations and health and safety standards.
• Complete maintenance records, reports and compliance documentation.
