Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in London is seeking an Electrical Engineer for a mobile role covering the London area. The role involves responding to breakdowns, performing routine maintenance, testing power quality, and managing PPMs while coordinating with subcontractors and CBRE policies.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with overtime, weekend flexibility, and on-call duties. Required are 18th Edition regs and BMS experience; health & safety knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations
• 2391 Test & Inspect advantageous
• Level 3 installation advantageous
• Experience working with building management systems including fault finding and operator use
• FM experience advantageous
• Knowledge of Health & Safety policies.

Responsibilities

• React to breakdown maintenance requests within the required SLAs.
• Ensure routine maintenance is carried out to a high standard.
• Test and diagnose power quality issues.
• Weekly / monthly PPMs
• Liaise with sub-contractors for repairs & ensure works follow CBRE policies.
• Monitor and analyse environmental conditions, review loading/working conditions of critical equipment.
• Determine root cause and actions to restore availability and prevent recurrence.
• Accurately maintain site work logs & paperwork.
• Other duties as and when required.
