Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Foot Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to join our London team. You will support a portfolio of commercial sites, performing electrical maintenance, fault finding and compliance checks with a focus on ownership and client service.

The role involves planned and reactive maintenance across building services, site surveys, and documenting all activities. Strong fault-finding, safe working practices and a full UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong fault-finding skills and the ability to work safely under pressure during reactive callouts.
• Ability to read technical drawings, follow operating procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Full UK driving licence or the ability to travel easily between London client sites.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance across electrical and building services.
• Fault finding, minor works and compliance checks at diverse sites across London.
• Carry out site surveys, prepare work requests, method statements and risk assessments for planned tasks.
• Maintain accurate service records, incident reports and maintenance documentation.
