CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Electrical Engineer to cover sites across Fleet, Farnborough, Frimley and London.

The role focuses on reactive and preventative maintenance of electrical systems, UPS, BMS fault finding and power quality issues in critical environments. You will respond to breakdowns within SLA, undertake risk assessments for planned works, and ensure documentation is up to date while coordinating with facilities management.

Qualifications

• 17th Edition Wiring Regulations and City & Guilds levels underpin the electrical qualification
• Experience with building management systems and critical environment equipment
• Strong health and safety understanding is required

Responsabilités

• React to breakdown maintenance requests within SLA
• Test and diagnose power quality issues
• Maintain records and documentation for critical systems
• Escalate issues to Technical Services Manager
• Undertake site surveys and risk assessments for planned works
• Assist with upgrade and install work
