Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Mobile Electrician to join our team in Bournemouth. You will respond to breakdowns, perform routine maintenance to a high standard, test power quality, and carry out emergency and fire alarm testing while interpreting drawings and O&Ms.

The role requires 18th Edition wiring regulations, experience with building management systems, and knowledge of fault finding. FM experience is advantageous; standard hours are Monday to Friday with on-call

Qualifications

• 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations compliance.
• Experience with building management systems (BMS) including fault finding.
• FM experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• React to breakdown maintenance requests within SLAs.
• Test and diagnose power quality issues.
• Emergency light testing and fire alarm testing.
• Interpret technical drawings, instructions and O&Ms.
• Undertake upgrade and installation work.
• Liaise with sub-contractors and ensure CBRE policies are followed.
• Maintain site logs and paperwork.
