Job summary

CBRE Local UK is seeking a Mobile Electrical Engineer to support sites across Farnborough, Frimley, Fleet and London. You will respond to breakdowns, maintain critical plant, and diagnose power quality issues in data centres.

Essential qualifications include 17th Edition wiring regs and City & Guilds Levels 2/3 with an electrical apprenticeship. You will be part of a team delivering reliable facilities management, with on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 17th Edition Regulations BS 7671 required.
• City and Guilds Level 2 & 3 certificates.
• Electrical Apprenticeship completed (or equivalent).
• Electrical Part 1 and 2 completed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to breakdown maintenance requests within the required SLA.
• Maintain and operate plant in data centres and critical environments.
• Test and diagnose power quality issues using onsite analysers.
• Provide emergency response standby and call-out support.
• Update maintenance documentation and records.
