Job summary

Pareto Facilities Management Ltd seeks a skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer for building services and FM support across Greater London and the South East. You will perform PPM, reactive maintenance and fault finding on electrical systems within commercial offices and residential properties, taking ownership of your sites while collaborating with the wider team.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or equivalent.
• Around 5 years' relevant electrical maintenance experience.
• Experience with both PPM and reactive maintenance is required.
• Awareness of ACOP L8 / Legionella control is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM across electrical systems and equipment.
• Attend reactive maintenance requests and diagnose faults.
• Undertake electrical fault finding and remedial works.
• Carry out minor electrical installations as needed.
• Maintain wider building services systems and records.
• Work with CAFM and update job progress.
