Job summary

Cambridge Maintenance Services is seeking a Mobile Electrical Engineer to support a portfolio of commercial sites. You will handle PPM and reactive maintenance, ensuring high standards of service across offices, retail units, leisure facilities and warehouses.

The role requires a strong electrical background and HVAC understanding, with the ability to respond quickly to emergencies and to work across Dartford and surrounding regions. A proactive, customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in General Building services industry.
• Electrically qualified City and Guilds level 3.
• Recognised qualification in at least one maintenance/engineering discipline.
• Experience installing plant, fixtures and fittings.
• Experience servicing and repairing onsite plant.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance across commercial properties.
• Respond to emergency call-outs and reactive works with high service standards.
• Meet agreed SLAs and KPIs while coordinating across sites.
