Job summary

Pareto Facilities Management Ltd is seeking an experienced Mobile Electrical Engineer to support a portfolio of sites across Greater London and the South East. This field role covers PPM, reactive maintenance and fault finding on electrical and related building services within commercial offices and residential properties.

You will own your sites and workload while being supported by the wider team, with opportunities to progress as the business continues to grow and develop your technical

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in electrical discipline.
• Apprenticeship background or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 5 years of electrical maintenance experience.
• Experience with both PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of electrical systems in commercial buildings.
• Awareness of ACOP L8 / Legionella control.
• Comfort using CAFM, email and electronic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM across electrical systems and equipment.
• Attend reactive maintenance requests and diagnose faults.
• Undertake electrical fault-finding and remedial works.
• Carry out minor electrical installations and related works.
• Support maintenance of wider building services systems.
• Identify defects and additional works, escalating when needed.
• Complete maintenance records and reports accurately.
• Use CAFM and other systems to manage jobs and updates.
• Ensure all work complies with regulations and is client-focused.
• May work across multiple sites and with the engineering team.
• Participate in the 1-in-8 call-out rota with £200 standby.
