Job summary

Zelo, based in London, UK, is seeking a mobile ebike and cargo bike mechanic to service and repair bikes at client sites across the Greater London area. You will work at shops, pop-up workshops, and on-site locations, delivering hands-on maintenance and reliable customer support.

The role requires experience with bicycles, e-bikes, cargo bikes, a valid UK driving licence, and the ability to ride cargo bikes in London.

Qualifications

• Bicycle, e-bike, cargo mechanic skills.
• Some car/motorcycle mechanic experience.
• Excellent mechanical skills, patience, attention to detail, and time management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable riding e-cargo bikes in London.
• UK Driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and repairing ebikes and quad cargo bikes at client sites across London.
• Providing hands-on repairs and servicing for e-bikes and bicycles in our shops and pop-up workshops.
• Dealing with customer queries and offering technical support.
• Maintaining flexibility in work location and adapting to varied conditions.
