Job summary

Thermatic Group is seeking a full-time Jetting Team Leader to join our service engineers. The role is fully remote and covers the North West and North Wales, with travel to client sites across the region.

Regular hours are Monday to Friday, with on-call rota for occasional out-of-hours work. The ideal candidate has drainage jetting and CCTV experience, strong safety awareness, and a full UK driving licence. Training will be provided for any gaps.

Qualifications

• Essential drainage experience (minimum 2 years).
• Experience operating high-pressure water jetting equipment.
• Working knowledge of drainage systems and unblocking drainage systems.
• Competent in using CCTV drain survey equipment.
• Full UK driving licence and strong Health & Safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead reactive and planned drainage fault-finding works including CCTV, jetting and unblocking.
• Provide accurate timesheets and support SLA targets.
• Support client relationships through on-site engagement and clear communication.
• Mentor junior engineers and assist with on-site training.
