Job summary

Thermatic Group is seeking a full-time Lining / Patch Lining Team Leader to join our drainage engineers across commercial client sites in the North West, North Wales and the Midlands, delivering rehabilitation works and planned maintenance. This is a fully remote role for employment purposes and requires a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ drainage experience in rehabilitation works.
• Working knowledge of drainage systems.
• Confident problem solver.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Sound understanding and experience of meeting Health & Safety obligations.

Responsibilities

• Working on commercial and industrial sites carrying out rehabilitation works on drainage systems.
• Providing accurate timesheet information to designated timeframes.
• Supporting drainage and contract teams with meeting SLAs by attending client premises within the desired time frame.
• Supporting Thermatic with maintaining positive client relationships through on-site interactions with representative and customers of our clients.
• Escalating any major site issues or incidents via the appropriate channel and within acceptable timeframes.
