Royal London is seeking a Digital Analyst to join the Mobile & Digital team on a permanent, hybrid basis. Based in Alderley Park and Glasgow, you’ll work in agile squads to shape and evolve digital solutions, delivering mobile app features and improvements.

You’ll translate customer and market insight into requirements, collaborate with UX/UI, engineers and product owners, and help drive end-to-end delivery across the mobile platform while maintaining focus on customer outcomes.

Formación

• Experience of digital delivery in an agile environment.
• Experience analysing customer, market or business insight to inform digital product decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insight into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of financial services or regulated environments.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
• High attention to detail, with a proactive and innovative approach to improving products and customer outcomes.
• Preferred: Mobile app experience.
