Job summary

Royal London is seeking a Digital Analyst to join the Mobile & Digital team, working in agile squads to shape and evolve our digital solutions. You will help design and deliver digital-first features for our mobile app, collaborating with Digital Managers, Product Owners, UX/UI designers, and engineers to take ideas from concept to release.

• Experience of digital delivery in an agile environment.
• Experience analysing customer, market or business insight to inform digital product decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insight into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of financial services or regulated environments.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
• High attention to detail, with a proactive and innovative approach to improving products and customer outcomes.

As a Digital Proposition Analyst within our Mobile Squads, you’ll help design and deliver digital-first features for our mobile app.
