Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Ltd is seeking experienced Mobile Device Rollout / EUC Engineers for a large-scale refresh in South Wales. The role involves staging and configuring iPhones, visiting sites to replace devices, and ensuring users are fully up and running before proceeding to the next batch.

Ideal candidates have strong IT hardware rollout experience, are comfortable with iOS in a corporate environment, and are familiar with Intune or JAMF (MDM).

Responsibilities

• Hands-on rollout of new iPhones and staging/provisioning on site.
• Troubleshoot enrolment, setup and access issues as they arise.
• Coordinate with stakeholders as the device rollout expands to more users/devices.

Mobile Device Rollout Engineer x 2/3

I'm looking to speak with experienced Mobile Device Rollout / EUC Engineers for a large scale mobile refresh project covering a few thousand devices. It's a proper hands on rollout, getting new iPhones staged and configured, going out to site to replace the existing devices and making sure users are fully up and running before moving onto the next one. You'll deal with any issues around setup, enrolment and access as they come up, escalating anything more complex where needed. Anyone who's worked on a big refresh project will know the initial device count isn't always where it finishes either, with extra users and devices often coming into scope once the rollout starts, so there could be some longevity in it.

• You're confident supporting iPhones and iOS within a corporate environment
• You've got experience with Intune, JAMF or another MDM platform
• You're comfortable with device staging, provisioning, enrolment and troubleshooting
• You understand Microsoft 365, Entra ID, MFA and user authentication
• You're confident supporting end users and happy working in a hands on deployment environment
