Job summary

Wren Kitchens in Luton is seeking a Mobile Designer to join the team at the Luton Showroom. You will guide customers from initial inquiry to design, showcasing flexible kitchen and bedroom designs and turning dreams into reality.

The role offers a competitive base salary of £26,440 with uncapped commission and an on-target earnings of £50,000, plus world-class training and strong career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the KBB industry or fitted furniture sales is required.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service to every customer.
• Flexibility regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate our customers' needs.
• Full UK manual driving license with 6 or less penalty points.
• Organised and able to work independently, effectively managing your time to optimise each customer's experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers by showcasing the boundless possibilities of Wren's kitchen and bedroom designs.
• Guide customers throughout the entire process, from initial inquiry to their first design, and witness the transformation of their dream kitchen into reality
• Conduct thorough surveys of customers' homes, accurately measuring and capturing reference photos. You'll explain this process to the customer during your visit.
• Effectively manage your schedule, allocating sufficient time to each customer to create their dream design.
• Maintain consistent communication with your customer base to foster strong relationships and ensure their expectations are met.

You'll receive a competitive basic salary of £26,440 with uncapped commission and an OTE of £50,000.

Main Responsibilities

You must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System.

Must hold a full driving licence and be able to meet company driver approval requirements, including DVLA licence checks or equivalent verification to the company's satisfaction prior to appointment.
